Many massage chairs are made for the Asian market, so they aren’t all made for the American market’s taller sometimes larger body frames. Some massage chairs are also too big. Tell them you want to surprise them by secretly taking them to a local massage chair showroom and have them try out the massage chair before purchasing. Massage chairs can weigh up to 300+lbs & returns are not fun for anyone.
